I invest in venture capital funds when I trust the people, their judgment and the way they work with founders.

Company building

Sometimes I take equity for the work. I advise founders and management teams and contribute what I learned building products, launching companies, scaling businesses and leading large teams.

I trained as a physician.
I chose to build companies.

I left surgery because I wanted to work on healthcare at a larger scale. Since then I have worked at McKinsey, Zocdoc in New York, Sandoz, Thermondo and BCG Digital Ventures / BCG X.

I have launched products and new companies, scaled healthcare businesses and built large teams in Europe and the US. Today I am building The Upward ARC and working with founders and leadership teams through docdre ventures.
